       It’s ten o’clock and it’s time for our class. The teachers elaborately prepare an audio-visual feast for the boys and girls---The First Class, the large-scale public welfare television program produced jointly by the Ministry of Education and CCTV. With “Pride of China” as the theme, and a huge nation with a long history, we hope that our children, through this lesson, will recognize the power of our motherland, the magnificence of traditional culture and the development of modern science and technology.        对于一年级的孩子们来说，今天是他们的求学之路正式开始的日子，十分有纪念意义。因此我们为他们准备了一个小小的惊喜——举行一个简短的入学仪式。初中部的大哥哥大姐姐给他们带上小红花，背上书包，送上一个温暖的拥抱。这样美好点滴告诉孩子们，成长不只有学习和玩乐，亦会收获真正的友谊。而通过这样的仪式，我们不仅想培养孩子们感受爱的能力，更希望培养孩子们给予爱的能力。

       For Grade One students, this is the day of the official start of their school life, which is very memorable and meaningful. Therefore, we prepare a little surprise for them---to hold a brief entrance ceremony. The big brothers and sisters in the junior high department will bring them a small red flower, back their bags and send a warm embrace. These golden memories will tell the children that growth means not only learning and playing, but also harvesting the real friendship.Through this ceremony, we will not only want to cultivate the ability of the children to feel love, but also hope to cultivate the ability of the children to give love.
